Naomi Curland
Executive Director
Prior to joining Longmont Food Rescue in 2020, Naomi spent the previous decade in the environmental nonprofit sector, with a focus on food waste reduction and rescue, as well as community organizing with the Transition Town movement and facilitating workshops for Pachamama Alliance and Project Drawdown. In addition to her work with LFR, she is the Board Chair of Sustainable Resilient Longmont and chairs their Zero Waste Committee, treasurer on the board of Colorado EcoWomen, and recorder for Recycle Colorado's Composting Council. Since joining LFR, Naomi has dynamically responded to new partnerships and funding opportunities to expand LFR's reach in the community and increase the total amount of food rescued.

Amy Buckler Rusterholz
Volunteer and Communications Coordinator
Amy joins Longmont Food Rescue after several years in Studio Management and Operations with CorePower Yoga, working with hundreds of teachers and staff across all three Boulder studios. Previously, she served as Academic Administrator for Naropa University's School of the Arts after moving to the Front Range from Chicago where she worked in development and event management with various non-profit arts and social justice organizations. She's thrilled to bring her passion for collaboration and collective action to support Longmont Food Rescue's important work in our community.

Kelly Mahoney
Founder & Treasurer
Kelly Mahoney is LFR’s founder and served as Executive Director from 2017-2020. She now serves on the Board of Directors. You can find her volunteering at our Produce in the Park events with her kiddos, demonstrating ‘practice what you preach’ when it comes to caring for the community.

Heather Taylor Oatley
Secretary
Heather works in the field of public safety and also owns a small business, Mindful Healing Acupuncture, LLC. She is passionate about making a difference in people's lives through her work and has a lifelong passion for hunger relief efforts.

Richard Lippard
Community Liaison
Richard is an instructor at Front Range Community College and is concurrently pursuing his Master of Public Health. Through this program, he has partnered with LFR on multiple projects. He brings experience that will assist LFR in increasing its community reach and impact.

Sable Cofrin
Board Member
Sable spent the last five years working at The Inn Between of Longmont, which provides supportive housing and resources to members of our homeless community. She has now transitioned into the private sector but uses her extensive experience in the non-profit sector to help LFR support food equity and distribution on a larger scale.

Caitlin Koryto
Board Member
Caitlin has been a dedicated volunteer with LFR since May 2019, helping with our onsite parking lot distributions as well as rescuing thousands of pounds of food. Her dedication to LFR's mission and grassroots action inspired her to become a board member. She brings skills in website/IT and design to assist LFR in its outreach and communications efforts.

Gwen Kelbly
Board Member
Gwen works in infectious disease prevention for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. With a Master in Public Health from the George Washington University and a Master in Health Administration from Utica College, she is passionate about health equity and the systems that support it. Gwen's experience in state-level public health administration will assist LFR's service to local community by expanding its partnerships and programs.

Brenda Fuller
Ex Officio Board Member - on leave
Brenda works for food service management company Sodexo and has supported its Stop Hunger initiative since its founding in 1996, as well as other food insecurity-focused efforts. She is also the co-owner of Outworld Brewing in Longmont. As a board member at LFR, she brings knowledge on how restaurants can promote food justice and be included in our food rescue efforts.
